DNAse I (RNAse Free)
- kgs to tons
- Bulk
for Removal of Genomic DNA Contaminants

Description
DNase I is an endonuclease that nonspecifically digests DNA and is routinely incorporated in laboratory and clinical practices during RNA purification. DNase I hydrolyses the phosphodiester bonds in single-stranded DNA, double-stranded DNA, chromatin, and RNA: DNA hybrids, enabling the isolation of pure RNA free of any DNA contamination.
Application
- Removal of DNA templates from In-vitro transcription reactions
- Preparation of DNA-free templates for RT-PCR
- Manufacturing of mRNA vaccines & therapeutics
- RNA-based diagnostic assays
