These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the services (“Service”) that are made available on the Platform (“the Platform”, “we” or “us”) by the Company. These Terms and Conditions represent the whole Agreement and understanding between the Company and the individual or entity that uses the services of the Platform (“User” or “you”). To clarify, anyone using this Platform, either registered or unregistered, will be referred to as a “User”. The Company and User are collectively referred to as Parties and each as Party.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You have the choice not to use the Platform and your continued use constitutes acceptance of these terms without limitation.
The Company may block or restrict access to the Platform, with or without notice, if your conduct breaches this Agreement, is unlawful, or is otherwise harmful to the Platform, the Company, or any third party.
The Company may change or update this Agreement at any time at its discretion. Updates are effective when posted on this page. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
The Platform provides general corporate and scientific information about our company, team, programs, and capabilities. It does not provide medical advice, clinical guidance, or an offer to sell products or services.
2. Platform
Content: The Platform content is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may infringe copyright, trademark, and other rights. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
Prohibited content and conduct on or through the Platform include, without limitation:

3. Limitation of Liability
The Platform and all content and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Your use is at your own risk. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or completeness. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for any damages, injury, or economic loss arising from your use of the Platform. In no event will the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or reputation relating to this Agreement or the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company will not be liable for any damages or loss resulting from good faith efforts to notify authorities of potentially illegal content, to provide information to authorities as required by law, or to cooperate with law enforcement.
4. Indemnification
You agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its contractors, agents, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, and assigns from all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, and expenses including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from or related to:
- Your breach of this Agreement or of your representations and warranties
- Your use of the Platform or Platform content
- Any claim that materials you submit infringe the rights of a third party
- Your violation of law
- Information or data you provide to the Company
At our request, you will provide written assurances of your indemnification obligations. Failure to provide such assurances may be deemed a material breach. We may participate in the defense with counsel of our choice at our expense and will reasonably cooperate at your request and expense. You are responsible for defending any such claim, but you must obtain our prior written consent before agreeing to any settlement that affects the Company. This section survives termination.
5. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, armed conflict, civil unrest, labor disputes, utility or telecommunications failures, or governmental actions.
6. Cessation of Operation
The Company may suspend or cease operation of the Platform at any time in its discretion and without prior notice.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Platform and supersedes prior or contemporaneous agreements on this subject.
8. Effect of Waiver
No failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right under this Agreement operates as a waiver. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect and the invalid provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted to reflect the parties’ intent.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Platform originates from Hyderabad, Telangana. This Agreement is governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of laws principles. You and the Company agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, for any action arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Platform. You waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.
10. Statute of Limitation
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Platform or this Agreement must be filed within one year after it arose or it is permanently barred.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated this Agreement or applicable law. If your access is terminated, we may take steps we deem necessary to prevent unauthorized access. This Agreement continues in effect after termination as needed to give full effect to its terms.
12. Domestic Use
We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside India. Users who access the Platform from outside India do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
13. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time without notice, including to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
14. Corrections
The Platform may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, availability, or other information. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
