Welcome to BESTFIX. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our maintenance, repair, and technical services in Dubai. By booking any service, visiting our website, or requesting a quote, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
BESTFIX provides premium technical and property maintenance services, including but not limited to AC maintenance, electrical services, plumbing solutions, carpentry, painting, and general renovation. While we strive for extreme precision, some estimated times and materials might vary depending on structural findings during on-site inspections.
3. User Obligations
As a client, you agree to provide our technical team with safe and legal access to your premises. You must secure any necessary building permits, community permissions, or NOC documents required for property maintenance in your specific residential or commercial community.
4. Payment Terms
All service charges are subject to VAT in accordance with UAE federal laws. Payments for general maintenance must be completed immediately upon service delivery. For major renovation and custom projects, a down-payment of 50% is required before mobilization, with subsequent progress payments as outlined in the service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
BESTFIX operates under professional standards. However, we are not liable for pre-existing structural decay, faulty equipment provided by third parties, or consequential damages resulting from emergency repair failures unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
6. Intellectual Property
All content displayed on this platform, including logos, graphics, case study text, project photos, and layout design, is the exclusive intellectual property of BESTFIX and protected by copyright laws in the UAE.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if a client is found to violate safety protocols, fails to clear invoices within terms, or provides misleading information about their property parameters.
8. Privacy Policy Reference
We take client privacy seriously. The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data are strictly managed according to our comprehensive Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
